The same kitchen powers both restaurant experiences at Chin Chin Club: the Dinner Show on Fridays and Saturdays, and Le Souterrain à la carte on Thursdays. Refined, modern cooking with luxe ingredients and precise technique, cooked à la minute by chef Julius Nuiten, who earned a Michelin star earlier in his career.

The menu evolves with the seasons. Vegetarian dishes are marked (V). Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements. Dishes may contain traces of gluten, nuts, dairy, egg, fish and shellfish.
Enjoyed as a curated multi-course dinner served in sync with the show from 19:00. You choose your dishes from this same à la carte on arrival — the kitchen paces them around the performances.
Served fully à la carte in an intimate dining-room setting, without the show. Order as few or as many courses as you like, cooked à la minute.
