Led by Julius Nuiten.
Julius Nuiten previously led the kitchen at Michelin-starred Bistro de la Mer. Trained in fine dining and known for precise, à-la-minute cooking, he brings the same hand to Chin Chin Restaurant: luxe ingredients, clean flavours, quiet precision.
