What we collect
- Reservation and ticket details, name, email, phone number, group size, date and event you booked.
- Payment information, processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store full card details.
- Communications, messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
- Website usage, anonymous analytics about pages visited, device type and referrer (only if you accept cookies).
- CCTV, our venue is monitored by camera for safety. Footage is stored for a limited period.
Why we use it
- To handle reservations, ticket purchases and customer service.
- To improve the website and the guest experience.
- To send you information about events you booked or asked about.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
- For safety and security inside the venue.
Sharing your information
We share information only with parties who help us run the venue, our ticketing partner (Celebratix), reservation tool (Tebi), payment processors, hosting providers and event-team members. They are bound by confidentiality and process data only on our instruction. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Reservation and ticket records are kept for as long as legally required (typically 7 years for tax). Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe. CCTV footage is automatically deleted on a rolling schedule.
Your rights
Under EU GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, or object to certain uses. Email Email us with a copy of valid ID and we'll handle the request within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
