From 8 guests we serve one set menu for the whole table, cooked by chef Julius Nuiten.

Starter

  • Steak tartare with crispy potato, cecina de león and miso

Intermediate

  • Chicken thigh ravioli with carrots and spicy carrot sauce

Main

  • Short rib with onion and red wine sauce

Served with fries and green salad for the table.

Dessert

  • Pistachio ice cream, caramelized white chocolate mousse and kataifi

€ 75 per person: four courses, including fries and green salad
